Senior Class Trip May 28

Dear Graduates and Parents/Guardians of the Class of 2013,

As we look ahead to senior activities next week, we have some important information to share regarding the trip to Hampton Beach on Tuesday, May 28. This trip is a school-sponsored event, but it has come to our attention that some students are considering driving to Hampton Beach. The safety of our students is always our first concern, and that is why we always provide transportation for school-sponsored field-trips. In keeping with this, all students participating at Hampton Beach are required to arrive and leave via school-sponsored transportation. We ask that parents support us in keeping students safe at this event.

Students who skip school to travel to Hampton Beach on that day will not be allowed to join the group and will face consequences for insubordination as defined in the Student Handbook. Simply stated, we want you to join us in a manner that provides the greatest safety and fun.

If you have any further concerns or questions, please contact Mr. Rubin, Dean of Student Activities, or Ms. Aigler and Ms. Ryan, Senior Class Advisors. Students should be at Medway High at 8:00 am on May 28. Please return your permission slip to your advisor to ensure we have enough buses and chaperones for the trip!

This event was proposed by seniors, and we want to support them safely during their final days as students at Medway High. We thank you for your assistance in supporting us and the safety of our graduates.
