Students and parents may register any time prior to graduation to place their orders. If they choose this option they will receive special pricing and discounts! If we have received email addresses from the school as part of the senior data we were provided earlier in the school year we will use those email addresses for the notifications, although students and parents can also register any anytime and indicate an alternate email address for those notifications should they choose.
Families can order using the proof sheets that are mailed home, or by using the online option that is provided to them via email once the proofs are available for viewing. There are a series of email notifications sent to all graduates alerting them that their images are available, once they order they are removed from the email notification process. They are also provided with a customer service email address and phone number to call in the event that they have ordering questions. Regardless of which link the customer uses from the mailer or email, the graduate will be able to search for and locate their event to place their orders.
